SHIPPING

We currently deliver within the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Orders are sent from Sweden with Post Nord. If you live elsewhere and want to buy our products, please send us an e-mail: hello@betiyon.se. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

EU, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland: SEK 119

Free delivery on orders over SEK 600.

All orders outside the EU will be subject to VAT, import and customs duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that betiyon.se is not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred for orders outside the EU.

Sweden: 1-2 working days

EU, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland: 2-3 working days

RETURN

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Then send an email to hello@betiyon.se to receive a return label. Please note that returns are only accepted if the products are unused and the labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer upon return of the product.

Please note that the original shipping costs and your expenses in returning the product to us will not be refunded.

If you have received an error or a defective product, you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for the costs of returning the product and replace you with the correct / new product.

If the requested product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive a refund for the product, but not the shipping cost.
